Xanthan gum is a natural polysaccharide and safe food additive which is used as a thickener to obtain the consistency required for the dessert.
The emulsifier (E471) ensures the stability of immiscible products, thanks to which the dessert does separate into layes during storage and has a uniform consistency. The origin of the emulsifier E471 we use is plant-based - these are mono- and di-glycerides of vegetable fatty acids, which are obtained by processing natural vegetable fatty acids.
