Why is rapeseed oil?

Rapeseed oil is a good product, the choice in its favour was made by us after a serious analysis, including its useful properties.

The composition of any oil obtained from plants, 95-97% consists of fatty acids – saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated. Rapeseed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids. A total of 22 essential fatty acids, which are derivatives of α-linolenic and linoleic acids. They are indispensable, because our body, being able to produce fat, cannot produce precisely these fatty acids, either as part of fat, or separately, and we really need them, first of all, for the cardiovascular system. Ii is important not only the presence of omega-6 and omega-3 in rapeseed oil, but also their ratio. A healthy and recommended ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 is 4:1 or lower. In rapeseed oil this ratio is 2: 1, that is, ideal. Rapeseed oil has the lowest content of saturated fatty acids.
