Cannelloni

Italian housewives, making a menu for a holiday, always choose cannelloni as one of the mandatory dishes. What's it? This type of paste, known since the beginning of the XIX century, is cylindrical in shape and large in size (from 8 to 10 cm and 2 cm in diameter). Another name is manicotti, translated into Russian as "sleeves". The cannelloni dish is nothing more than a huge macaroni with a filling inside.

Ingredients

  • — Spinach - 100 g.;
  • — Tofu - 200-300 g.;
  • — Salt and pepper;
  • — Fresh basil - 50 g.;
  • — Ground tomatoes - 200 g.;
  • — Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • — Salt pepper and other spices to taste;
  • — Coconut oil - 50-80 g.;
  • — Flour - 2-3 tbsp.;
  • — Nemoloko oat classic 3.2% - 300 ml.;
  • — And herbs for decoration.

The finished dish looks festive and very appetizing!
