The popular side dish can now be cooked in a more dietary version, using Nemoloko oat. A great alternative to fasting and a lactose-free diet.
- — 5 medium potatoes;
- — 0.5 liters of water;
- — 1 glass of Nemoloko classic 3.2%;
- — 20 g of vegetable oil;
- — Ground pepper;
- — Salt to taste.
Method of preparation
Boil the peeled and washed potatoes until soft, drain the water.
Rub the hot potatoes through a sieve or mash them with a wooden pestle, add oil, salt, ground black pepper and, stirring, gradually add the hot Nemoloko.
For a homogeneous air consistency, whip the puree with a mixer, sprinkle with fresh herbs when serving.
