Banana roll

Such a popular and familiar dish as a roll, came to us from Western European cuisine several centuries ago. According to one version, the Swiss invented it, but similar dishes existed in German, French and Russian cuisine as well. The name "roll" comes from the French word rouler, which means "roll, wrap”.

A dish worthy of a festive table, but you can cook at least every day. Good find, don't you agree?

  • — Vegetable oil - 120 ml.;
  • — Soda - 1/3 tsp.;
  • — Citric acid - 1/3 tsp.;
  • — Wheat flour - 100 g.;
  • — Nemoloko vanilla dessert - 150 ml.;
  • — Cocoa powder - 40 g.
