Buckwheat pancakes

If you have a banana at home, which has long been forgotten, then it will be very useful for this recipe. Add Nemoloko buckwheat, a little flour, baking powder, vanilla and get a delicious lean dessert for breakfast or tea.


  • — Large overripe banana - 1 pc;
  • — Nemoloko buckwheat - 150 ml.;
  • — Wholegrain flour - 5 tbsp. (with a slide);
  • — Corn flour - 2 tbsp.;
  • — Baking powder - 2 tsp.;
  • — Vanilla-to taste.

Method of preparation

Mash the banana with a fork and add Nemoloko buckwheat light 1.5%.

Sift the flour and baking powder, mix all the ingredients. The dough should be thick.

Add a spoonful of vegetable oil (coconut oil is suitable).

Bake in a frying pan on both sides under a lid without oil.

Buckwheat pancakes are ready!
