Buckwheat porridge

It's no secret that buckwheat porridge is one of the most low-calorie, dietary and healthy types of porridge for our body. It contains a large amount of vitamins, minerals and other beneficial substances.

We present you a very simple recipe for buckwheat porridge with Nemoloko, following which you will prepare the perfect breakfast dish that will delight and benefit all your family.


  • — Buckwheat - 1 glass.;
  • — Nemoloko buckwheat - 700 ml.;
  • — Water - 1glass.;
  • — Favorite topping - to taste.

Method of preparation

Wash the buckwheat thoroughly with cold running water.

Boil water in a saucepan, and pour the prepared cereals.

Cook the buckwheat porridge over medium heat for 5 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.

When there is very little liquid left in the pan, you need to stir and carefully watch the buckwheat not to burn.

Add Nemoloko and cook the porridge at a low simmer for 10 minutes.

You can add your favorite topping to the finished porridge.

Very tasty, crumbly and aromatic buckwheat porridge with Nemoloko is ready!
