Rice porridge with pumpkin

Cooking rice porridge on water is simple, but boring and not very tasty. However, if you add rice Nemoloko to the dish, the porridge turns out very tender and delicious. And the natural sweetness of rice Nemoloko adds its own touch to the finished dish, and now - your morning is perfect, and a delicious breakfast is waiting on the table.


  • — Rice - 150 g.;
  • — Nemoloko rice classic light 1.5% - 300 ml.;
  • — Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.;
  • — Sugar - 50 g.;
  • — Salt - 1 tsp.;
  • — Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

Put a saucepan on the stove. Place the diced pumpkin in it. Pour in Nemoloko 1.5%.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Then add sugar and salt, mix.

When the porridge starts to boil, add the vanilla extract.

Add washed rice. Mix.

Boil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

The ready-cooked porridge can be sprinkled with grated chocolate.
