Vatrushka ( cheesecake)
One of the popular pies, the plump Russian cheesecake (Vatrushka), always looks not only appetizing, but also sensual. The name of this pie comes from the word "vatra" - hearth, fire, which has the same meaning in most Slavic languages - Ukrainian, Polish, Czech, Serbian, Croatian. Most likely, this Ancient Slavic flour product does not accidentally have the shape of a circle and is so similar to the sun.
Ingredients
- — Flour - 400-450 g.;
- — Dry yeast - 10-11 g.;
- — Vegetable oil - 50 ml.;
- — Nemoloko oat - 1 glass;
- — Sugar - 1 tbsp.;
- — Salt - 0.5 tsp.

- — Tofu - 300 g.;
- — Zest and juice of 1 lemon;
- — Vanilla sugar - 3 tbsp.;
