Cream caramel

The French call it flan, the English call it pudding. And we will make a cream caramel. Naturally with Nemoloko! And believe us, cream caramel is a delicious dessert that you can experiment with, for example, add different spices or berries.

None of your friends and relatives will be able to refuse such paradisial delight! This is verified!


  • — Nemoloko coconut - 150 ml.;
  • — Coconut sugar - 3 tbsp.;
  • — Salt - 1/4 tsp.;
  • — Corn starch - 1 tbsp.;
  • — Nemoloko oat 3.2% - 3/4 glass;
  • — Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp.

Method of preparation

Mix Nemoloko coconut, coconut sugar and salt in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, then, turn down the heat.

Continue cooking, constantly stirring, until it is slightly thickened and darkened.

Remove the pan from the heat and mix with the cornstarch until smooth, making sure that there are no lumps. Whisk the remaining ingredients in a bowl, Nemoloko coconut, Nemoloko oat, and vanilla extract. Place the pan over medium heat.

Be sure to stir regularly. The custard will start to form first on the bottom, when you notice this happening, whisk it to make sure the custard remains smooth.

When it starts to thicken, reduce the heat to a minimum. Go on to stir regularly, continue cooking until you get a thick custard consistency. About 5 minutes.

Set aside until it cools slightly, then refrigerate for 3 hours.

The dessert is ready.
