Risotto with mushrooms

Risotto recipes make up a separate chapter in the Italian cookbook. There are dozens of this dish variations. The typical viscous consistency is the hallmark of the dish. Each rice should be saturated, acquire a velvety-creamy texture, while becoming soft outside and remaining a little hard inside.

Ingredients

  • — Arborio rice - 200 g.;
  • — Champignons - 200 g.;
  • — Red onion - 1 piece;
  • — Garlic - 3 cloves;
  • — Olive oil - 4 tbsp.;
  • — Vegetable broth - 0,6 l;
  • — Rosemary and black pepper - 1 tsp.;
  • — Salt to taste;
  • — Coconut oil - 1 tbsp.;
  • — Nemoloko liquid cream 12% - 200 ml.
