Regardless of the vegetables you use, this dish will always turn out to be nourishing and flavourful! Gentle mashed potatoes seem to wrap around juicy soy minced meat, stewed with aromatic vegetables and spices, and Nemoloko perfectly complements this palette of flavours.
- — Potatoes - 950 g.;
- — Carrots - 330 g.;
- — Minced meat (soy) - 150 g.;
- — Onion - 1 pc.;
- — Bell pepper - 250 g.;
- — Celery stalk - 80 g.;
- — Vegetable broth - 150 ml.;
- — Garlic - 4-5 cloves;
- — Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.;
- — Flour - 1 tbsp.;
- — Black pepper - 1 tsp.;
- — Paprika - 1/2 tbsp.;
- — Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.;
- — Basil - 1/2 tbsp.;
- — Cheese (vegan) - 80 g.;
- — Mayonnaise (lean) - 2 tbsp.;
- — Nemoloko oat classic -150 ml.;
- — Salt - to taste;
- — Greens for serving.
Method of preparation
Mix the boiled potatoes, a couple of pinches of black pepper, a little salt add the Nemoloko oat .
Make mashed potatoes with a masher, set aside.
Fry garlic, onion and carrots in preheated vegetable oil until soft.
Add the soy mince, stir and fry for 3 minutes.
Then add the remaining vegetables-bell pepper and celery, also add the soy sauce and tomato paste, mix well and continue cooking, covered with a lid, for another 5 minutes, so that the soy mince becomes golden and the vegetables become softer.
Next, add the vegetable broth or water, spices and flour, stir and fry until most of the liquid has evaporated and the mixture becomes slightly thickened.
Spread in the form: the first layer of soy minced meat with vegetables, leveling and cover with mashed potatoes, also leveling, brush with mayonnaise and (if desired), making lines for the pattern with a fork.
Bake in a preheated (190-200 degree) oven for 20 minutes, remove and sprinkle with cheese, put into the oven for another 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve with fresh herbs in portions.
