Strudel with cherry and vanilla oat dessert
The highlight of this dish is the ready-made vanilla oat dessert Nemoloko, which perfectly complements the taste of the strudel and does not require additional cooking time.
- — Puff pastry without yeast 250 g.;
- — Fresh or frozen cherries 300 g.;
- — Sugar-150 g.;
- — Breadcrumbs- 2 tbsp.;
- — Caster sugar 1 tsp;
- — Nemoloko vanilla oat dessert.
Method of preparation
Release cherries from seeds, if you use frozen-defrost them, put the berries in a saucepan, add sugar, stir and cook after boiling for about 5 minutes.
Strain the berries from the juice and cool.
Roll out the dough in one direction, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put the cherry filling on top.
Bend the side edges, roll the dough into a roll. Place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cut the finished strudel into portions, put it on a plate, sprinkle with caster sugar and pour over the vanilla oat dessert.
