- — Flour - 65 g.;
- — Brown sugar - 100 g.;
- — Cocoa powder - 30 g.;
- — Oat milk - 200 ml.;
- — Olive oil - 2 tbsp.;
- — Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Preheat the oven to 160°.
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa in a deep bowl.
Add olive oil and oat milk to the flour with baking powder, and knead the dough.
Fill the muffin molds with 2/3 of the dough volume.
Break the chocolate and add a piece to each mold.
Place the molds on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
