Pumpkin muffins

These pumpkin muffins are perfect with their taste and aroma of spices for autumn colours and mood. They turn out to be airy, soft, but on top – the very crust that you expect.


  • — Pumpkin pulp - 300 g.;
  • — Nemoloko liquid cream 12% - 200 ml.;
  • — Nemoloko vanilla dessert - 250 ml.;
  • — Flour - 1 glass;
  • — Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.;
  • — Baking powder - 1 tsp.;
  • — Salt - a pinch;
  • — Cinnamon - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation

Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Boil in water or bake in the oven, blend to puree. Cool it down. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, Nemoloko oat liquid cream, oil. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon into another bowl. Add salt and stir. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and mix gently. Fill muffin cups with dough, garnish with pumpkin seeds. Bake at 190?C for 20-22 minutes. Remove from oven, drizzle with vanilla dessert and let cool.
