Quiche - vegetable open pie

French open quiche pie is one of the few dishes that can be eaten both cold and hot. It "will have to go to court" either for breakfast, or for lunch, and even for dinner. You can enjoy it at home during family feasts and gatherings, and you can take this cake with you on a picnic.

  • — Nemoloko liquid cream-for filling;
  • — Boiling water - 80 g.;
  • — Vegetable oil - 50 g.;
  • — Baking powder - 1/2 tsp.;
  • — Salt to taste.

Anything can be used for the filling in the pie. The available seasonal vegetables are perfect. A nourishing and healthy pie is ready. And ypu would like to eat it as soon as possible! The quiche is very tasty, light and tender.
