Strawberry sorbet

Sorbet is a light refreshing dessert based on frozen berries or fruits. This dessert is especially popular in summer, when you want to quench your thirst, thanks to the fact that we use Nemoloko classic light 1.5 % it is less high in calories than regular ice cream, so this dessert is suitable even for those who monitor weight.


  • — 1 glass of frozen strawberries 250-300 g;
  • — 1 glass of Nemoloko classic light 1.5%;
  • — 1 tbsp of sugar.

Method of preparation

Load the berries into a blender container, add Nemoloko and sugar, and blend to a puree.

Place the resulting mass to an ice cream maker and freeze for 4-5 hours. If there is no ice cream maker, then stir periodically to avoid the formation of ice crystals.

Serve the sorbet balls in a cream bowl, garnish with fresh mint.
