Choco mousse

Mousse is an exquisite dessert with a delicate structure. Instead of the traditional mousse, you can cook a delicious and healthy vegetable-based dessert. Thanks to the presence of agar in the recipe, the mousse is particularly stable and does not fall off, and Nemoloko products is an excellent basis for creating the right texture and incomparable taste.


  • — Nemoloko chocolate - 250 ml;
  • — Cocoa - 1 tbsp.;
  • — Nemoloko oat liquid cream 12% fat content - 50 ml;
  • — Agar - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation

Whip Nemoloko oat cream with cocoa.

Boil the agar in 50 ml of chocolate Nemoloko until completely dissolved, carefully pour the boiling solution into the rest of the chocolate Nemoloko. Add the whipped cream and continue whipping.

As soon as the mass begins to thicken, pour it into the cremans and put it in the refrigerator.
