Delicate carrot soup
Ingredients
- — Potatoes - 2 pcs.;
- — Onion - 2 pcs.;
- — Carrots - 4 pcs.;
- — Bell pepper - 2 pcs.;
- — Nemoloko liquid cream 12%;
Method of preparation
Bake vegetables with olive oil until tender. Approximately 20-25 minutes. Then place them to a saucepan, add salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Cook for another 10 minutes. Blend, add Nemoloko oat liquid cream and whisk again.
Serve with croutons, herbs and balsamic cream.
